4. Assessment Form & Information Submitted
When you submit our assessment form, you agree that:

- You consent to being contacted by email regarding your assessment
- Your contact details may be shared with one matched robot vendor for the sole purpose of scheduling a demo appointment
- We will not share your information with any other third parties without your consent
5. No Obligation to Purchase
Submitting an assessment form or receiving a demo appointment through RobotQuotHub creates no obligation to purchase any product or service. All purchasing decisions remain entirely with you and your organization.
6. Our Commercial Relationship with Vendors
RobotQuotHub may receive compensation from robot manufacturers for qualified appointments delivered. This commercial relationship does not influence our vendor-neutral matching process. We match facilities based on fit — not brand preference or financial incentive.
7. No Guarantee of Service
We do not guarantee:
- That your facility will qualify for an assessment or demo
- That a matched vendor will be available in your region
- That any demo will result in a suitable product match
- Response times beyond our stated 24 business hour goal
